Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the Philippines. Delivery times vary based on your location and the courier option you choose at checkout. If you have questions about a specific order, email us at support@thisisatin.com.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is coming soon! We’re working on expanding to select countries in Southeast Asia and beyond. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch international delivery.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. If your product arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos at support@thisisatin.com and we’ll arrange a replacement order right away. We do not offer refunds — only replacements for shipping damage.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods at checkout: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and GCash.

How do I care for my reed diffuser?

For the best experience, flip your reeds once a week to refresh the scent throw. Place your diffuser on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources. A standard 100ml reed diffuser lasts approximately 4–6 weeks depending on the number of reeds used and room conditions. Fewer reeds give a subtler scent; more reeds give a stronger presence.

How do I care for my decorative plates?

Our decorative plates are made for both ornamental and everyday use. They're dishwasher safe, but never put them in the microwave. Display away from direct sunlight to preserve the artwork.

What scents do you offer?

Our core fragrance collection is inspired by the Philippines and includes Boracay, Dalandan, Intramuros, Palawan, Mangosteen, Tangerine, Halo Halo, Ylang-Ylang, and Dahon ng Kamatis. We offer scents across reed diffusers, essential oils, and body oils, plus a curated range of decorative home pieces. New scents are released seasonally — follow us on social to stay updated.

Do you sell refills?

Yes — we offer 100ml refill bottles for all of our scents. Refills are a more sustainable and economical way to keep your favourite ATIN scent going. You can find matching refills directly on each diffuser’s product page.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin, pregnancy, or pets?

While our fragrances are formulated to be gentle and IFRA-compliant, we recommend a patch test for our body oils if you have sensitive skin. If you’re pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition, please consult your physician before using essential or body oils. Reed diffusers are intended for ambient room use only — keep them out of reach of pets and children, and avoid placement where pets may knock them over.

Are your products all-natural?

We use locally sourced botanicals and essential oils wherever possible, blended with carefully selected fragrance-safe materials for longevity and consistency. All of our products are:

How sustainable is your packaging?

We design our bottles and packaging to be reusable and recyclable wherever possible. Refill bottles are our most sustainable option — they let you keep your original diffuser vessel and simply replace the fragrance.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All ATIN products come in our signature gift-ready packaging at no extra charge. If you’d like a handwritten note included, add your message in the order notes at checkout and we’ll include it with your shipment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can sometimes make changes — reach out to support@thisisatin.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order is in transit, we’re unable to cancel or modify it.

Do you scent commercial spaces?

Yes! We work with hotels, casinos, malls, hospitals, residences, and other commercial spaces. Visit our For Businesses page or email support@thisisatin.com to discuss bulk orders, custom scents, and private-label packaging.
