Where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs.
Where we ship
We currently ship across the Philippines. London / United Kingdom delivery is coming soon; sign up for the newsletter to be notified.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Philippine public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Manila: 2-4 business days.
- Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 4-7 business days.
- Visayas and Mindanao: 7-10 business days.
These are estimates from our shipping partners and may vary during holidays, weather events, or carrier delays.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.
Carriers
We ship via AP Cargo or Lalamove, depending on your location and the size of your order.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to populate on the carrier's website.
Delivery attempts and address errors
Carriers typically attempt delivery 2-3 times. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, missing recipient, or refusal, the package may be returned to us. Reshipping in those cases is at the customer's expense.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@thisisatin.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve.
