ATIN Global Inc. operates from the Philippines. You can reach us at support@thisisatin.com.

Products
We sell fragrances and home scenting goods. Product images and descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Colours, scent intensity, and packaging may vary slightly from images on screen.

Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and include 12% VAT unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept the methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed when payment clears.

Order acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for:

  • Suspected fraud. 
  • Pricing or stock errors.
  • Delivery to a location we do not serve.

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.
