We want you to love your ATIN purchase. If you do not, here is how returns and refunds work.
Return window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
What you can return
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of products that are:
- Unopened.
- Unused.
- In their original packaging with seals intact.
What you cannot return
- Opened or used products.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged by misuse after delivery.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thisisatin.com with a photo and your order number. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
How to start a return
- Email support@thisisatin.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and an address.
- Ship the items back. You are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take an additional 3-10 business days to post the refund to your statement.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original and place a new order.
