ATIN Refund Policy

We want you to love your ATIN purchase. If you do not, here is how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

What you can return

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of products that are:

  • Unopened.
  • Unused.
  • In their original packaging with seals intact.

What you cannot return

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged by misuse after delivery.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thisisatin.com with a photo and your order number. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@thisisatin.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and an address.
  3. Ship the items back. You are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take an additional 3-10 business days to post the refund to your statement.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original and place a new order.
